Preserving History, Elevating Performance
This renovation transformed a Georgetown home into office space despite significant challenges. With restricted access due to nearby National Park Service land, all materials were moved in and out through the front. The project included a crawlspace converted into a full height 9′ clear basement with rear addition, a green roof, and steel center-spine staircase.
