So we called an audible and decided to take the chimney and gable wall down to the first floor by hand. We couldn’t get an excavator large enough to reach from the front and back. This is too risky if it got away from us. That neighbor is sooo close.
Crunch time is only delayed a couple days while we do this right. Wave to Byron up there.
